Due to continued expansion of the company’s operations, Caffe Cordina is looking for a Cafeteria Manager. Job duties for this full time post include, but are not limited to, the following:
• coordination of the café and restaurant operations;
• analysis and planning of restaurant sales levels and profitability;
• liaison with the sales and marketing department for the planning of marketing activities;
• recruitment, training and management of staff;
• customer care management;
• ongoing liaison with suppliers.
The ideal candidate must have minimum of 2 years experience in a similar post, together with excellent communication skills, a good command of MS Office applications and fluency in both Maltese and English. One will be expected to work flexible hours and own transport is a must.
