The ‘Accounts/Administration Assistant’ will be based at our Head Office in Mriehel, working closely with the rest of the Accounts and Administration team on a day to day basis.
· Issuing of Invoices & Sales Receipts
· Bank Statements Reconciliations
· Sales and Purchase Ledger Support
· Credit Cards Process
· Easy Payment Process; Chasing Clients and Issuing of Receipts
· Ad Hoc Finance Support
· Ownership & Administrating Managed Print Servicing Contracts
· Supporting Sales Department with administrative tasks where required
· Closure of month-end tasks
· Any other related tasks or functions within the Forestals Group as deemed necessary by management.
· High-Level of ownership, accountability, and responsibility
· Positive attitude and great work ethic.
· High Level of Communication.
· Applicants are required to be computer literate and have a knowledge of standard office software.
· Maltese and English speakers.
